HEMPEL’S PRIMER UNDERCOAT 13201 is a quick drying, high opacity primer and undercoat. Provides durability and surface stability in preparation for overcoating with single component topcoats. Recommended use: Suitable on glass fibre, wood and steel. For interior and exterior use above the waterline.
