BTC 80 is a shampoo to be used to clean spray gun in combination with water based paints.
BTC 80 is cost affective and environmental friendly as cleaning cycles and product consumption will be reduced up to 50%. BTC 80 can be coagulated repeatedly in combination with the Finixa coagulation set AGC 11 and AEC 90 coagulation powder. The coagulation process will significantly reduce the costs of waste disposal as 20L of contaminated liquid will be converted into 2-3 kg solid material. On top, the coagulated liquid can be regenerated using the Finixa BTC 001 and reused again as a 100% shampoo.

- You only need 100ml of cleaning thinner for one spray gun.
- Coagulation is no longer necessary.
- The waste is heavily reduced (up to 10%) and is collected by an officially recognised company.
- Can be used in combination with all automatic spray gun cleaners. Or, if necessary, in combination with a manual spray gun cleaner.
