These small plastic clips are used on weatherstrip seals and rubber aperture seals. The clip head fits inside the rubber seal and then the stem of the clip is pushed into the bodywork. Although these are marked for Mazda, they will work for most seals provided the stem diameter fits into the holes in the car bodywork.
